How does pricing work?+
Pick a monthly plan that fits your volume. Plans are charged upfront and renew monthly until canceled. Need more in a busy stretch? Top up with a one-time credit pack any time.
What is a credit?+
1 credit = 1 final, downloadable graphic. Any type — commitment, schedule, final score, or player spotlight.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle. One-time credit packs never expire, so stocking up for the season is safe.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. You can cancel before your next billing cycle from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund graphics that were already delivered or credits that were already used.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. There is no startup fee for a standard plan. You pay the monthly plan price upfront at checkout, then it renews monthly unless canceled.
What is your refund policy?+
Refunds are reviewed for failed, unstarted, or clear service-issue orders. Delivered graphics are not automatically refundable, especially after a credit has been used and the file is available for download.
How fast is delivery?+
Most graphics are delivered within 24 hours. Paid plans on Team Pro and above get priority turnaround.
What do I need to upload?+
First order: team logo, colors, contact info, and any references. Returning orders: usually just the new player photo or game details — we save your team branding.
Do you use AI?+
We use AI-assisted design tools plus manual review and editing to deliver high-quality graphics faster.
What revisions are included?+
We fix text and detail mistakes. Major style changes may count as a new graphic.
